LOS&CRC provide athletes with a pathway and an individually customised program to support each rower and coxswain to thrive to the best of their ability.

The Loreto Old Scholars and Community Rowing Club has been involved in Rowing SA since 2017. With athletes competing in SA, NSW and in the US, we currently have 17 members who are Old Scholars of Loreto or have joined the club after school rowing.

Over the last four years we have had athletes compete in the SA State Championships, represent SA at National events, been involved in Indoor Rowing competitions and been accepted to US Colleges. The list of achievements grows and changes each year!

With a range of flexible programs for all age groups, commitment, experience levels, LOS&CRC would love to welcome anyone wanting to be involved in rowing. It provides an opportunity to reconnect with Old Scholars as well as meet new people in a healthy, positive and driven atmosphere.

If you are interested in getting involved, please email Head Coach, Thomas Doornbos; tom.doornbos@loreto.sa.edu.au

A few words from LOSA Rowing Intermediate Lead Coach, Rebecca Cock:

Given how huge of a positive influence rowing had on me (and most of the girls I know) during our time at Loreto, not only in terms of our fitness but also our whole mindset, attitude and discipline, it’s really amazing to have the opportunity to stay connected to the rowing community, the sport itself and all the girls involved. LOSA Rowing has always made it flexible for participants to join in. We have a range of girls with some who have rowed at nationals, but then at the same time we have also just have casual training sessions for those who would like to join in and go for a row.
