Words From The President – Hannah Sexton (‘17)

LOSA is a unique community of diverse, yet foundationally aligned women which spans much further than our Marryatville home. Our goal as an association is to connect and celebrate this diversity. Graduating year, career paths and locations are no barrier for this community. Through our various initiatives and events, we have the fortunate opportunity to keep the Loreto spirit alive. The current goals for LOSA is to set the foundations for a new age with broader social media reach, a more diverse range of events and creating a reunion structure. I cannot wait to continue to embrace the LOSA spirit within our incredible community and see what the future holds.

About LOSA

The Loreto Old Scholars’ Association (‘LOSA’) is an incorporated association governed by a committee of 21 vibrant and passionate women who all have connections with Loreto College, Marryatville. These connections range from being past students, to representatives from the IBVM and the College.

LOSA Reunions

LOSA is incredibly excited to now be responsible for organising all old scholar reunions. Please keep an eye out on our social media pages for reunions in 2022.

LOSA Sport

LOSA Netball, Football and Rowing are perfect ways for Loreto scholars to maintain their connection to the school and community after graduating. LOSA sport allows individuals or groups to play together in a social or competitive competition, helping to maintain and create strong bonds with their peers and a connection with the ever growing LOSA community.

Old Scholars’ Stories

LOSA is proud of the varied pathways our old scholars have undertaken after their Loreto education. We love hearing and sharing their stories of success, discovery and adventure. Our website and social media is a space to showcase those stories, highlighting the diversity of interests that exist within our community.
